Stanford University Escondido Village Graduate Residences

Escondido Village Graduate Residences (EVGR) is Stanford’s newest on-campus residential community. The project includes four towers housing over 2,500 graduate students on the Stanford campus. Of the 30-acre site, 20-acres is dedicated to outdoor amenity and recreation space for residents, including 4.5-acres of planting over a two-story underground parking structure. The graduate residences provides a grand entrance and hub of activity to the surrounding graduate student village and provides key bike and pedestrian connections to the campus and community.
