Moda Sorrento

Moda Sorrento is an eight-building lab/office campus acquired and converted to life science in phases totaling 212,642 square feet on the border of West Sorrento Mesa and Sorrento Valley. The campus is designed with unique indoor/outdoor seating areas, sports amenities, and a planned amenity building providing a fitness center, conference space, tenant lounge, and cafe.

Spurlock is currently working on three adjacent one-story buildings, two of which are remodels. In this two-phased project, approximately 120,000 sf of landscape improvements include recreational amenities, collaborative workspaces, a pedestrian connection to Phase 1, a water feature, site furnishings, lighting, hardscape, planting, and irrigation.
