Located in the burgeoning East Village District, the design concept compliments the urban lifestyle of downtown San Diego’s newest residents. Among the many enhancements to civic space are sidewalk widening and planting along adjacent 13th Street – creating a precedent garden street for the neighborhood. Resident amenities include a variety of bold and artistic spaces. A courtyard ‘canyon’ landscape filled with native California Sycamore trees creates understory gathering spaces for the lobby and gym as well as seasonally changing views from upper level windows.
