Broadcom Campus

The 80 acre Broadcom campus is situated immediately adjacent to the future Multi-modal Transit Center on the east side of Alton Parkway in Irvine. The site has approximately 15 feet of elevation change from its south edge to the north edge and is bisected by a major connector leading to the nearby Great Park’s west entrance. As a result, the campus spans the road with a land bridge which creates a central open space for the campus.

The landscape concept for the campus was to create an environment that facilitates pedestrian circulation and interaction for the entire campus population. Conference and dining facilities connect to outdoor areas where activities, outdoor meetings, and events spaces are provided. All landscape amenities encourage healthy, active, and social opportunities.
