The Boardwalk

The Boardwalk, a new Class A, office campus located on Jamboree Road in Irvine, California in the heart of the Irvine Business Complex. The project, which sits on 7.5 acres, is comprised of two, nine-story towers totaling approximately 545,000 square feet of premier office space, 5,000 square feet of restaurant-focused retail and two acres of meticulously planned outdoor space.

A boardwalk serves as a promenade around and through the landscape, connecting key gathering and amenity areas. Small water features are located at key thresholds and junctures. A series of garden structures dot the central park-like space housing outdoor recreation and collaboration and meeting spaces.
