Camino Del Mar Streetscape Plan

Planning and design to establish the visual character for the three mile long corridor of Del Mar’s Main Street. In a departure from the thinking of most California cities, Del Mar considers the pedestrian to be the main focus of planning, not the automobile. Our work involves producing extensive illustrations of design concepts that enhance pedestrian spaces, allowing the community to judge how proposed changes fit with the city’s existing character.

In 2016, Spurlock began work on the update to the Camino Del Mar Streetscape plan.
